• Delivered a redesign plan to streamline the course delivery framework to increase scalability and class enrollment numbers, decrease drop rate and cut overall program cost by ~60% despite significant headwinds.
❖ Global Facilitation Program Manager; Exponential Learning Team (XLT) 2021-2022
Manage employee upskilling portfolio and greater American region facilitation program supporting 70+ company-wide learning and development products.
• Increased data reliability for improved leadership decision-making, improved overall global facilitation management, and supported operations team through the replacement of an obsolete facilitation dashboard and building a new facilitator application process and tool.

Focused on improving end-to-end employee benefits and rewards experience through the application of UX analysis, design, and behavioral economics principles.
• Launched an employee Rewards Experience Advisory Board (REAB) to collect, analyze, and report sentiment data to guide and inform designer’s decisions on potential and upcoming company-wide compensation and benefits program changes and launches.
• Designed and delivered a consumer-grade dashboard to 120K+ global employees which consolidated information from 12+ internal and external vendor sites to provide a customized and comprehensive view of compensation and benefits information along with an upgraded pay modeling application tool.

Internal job search expert within Intel talent retention program matching 2000+ skilled employees with internal talent needs as business demands shifted to ensure employee morale and a culture of career development while saving over $50M in turnover costs.
• Empowered 1600+ employees to job search readiness within one week and significantly reduced the amount of 1:1 tactical meetings required between all strategists and clients while still retaining white-glove feel of program by developing, launching, and delivering a highly scalable 3.5-hour job search basics lecture and workshop series.
• Launched a site providing an 8-week roadmap for internal job placement with carefully curated collection of job search materials and resources made available to all 120K Intel employees.
❖ Senior Software Launch Program Manager; Developer Products Division (DPD) 2014 – 2017
Led program to deliver 1000s of Intel software products into the distribution channel.
•Established record for the longest number of days without software supply chain order issues (505 days) and Parallel Studio XE 2017 launch in September ’16 was regarded as being the smoothest on record due to automation of launch process, development of metrics, and better stakeholder accountability.
❖Order to Cash (O2C) Operations Data Analyst; Datacenter Software Division (DSD) 2014
Aligned manual order to cash processes for five business acquisitions to Intel standard systems; Analyzed and optimized end-to-end software order processes including manual invoicing, revenue tracking, and reconciliation of millions of dollars for multiple business units which could not be integrated into Intel standard processes.
• Reduced headcount from three to ½, improved Salesforce data quality and reporting capability, and added credit card processing option for Intel Data Center Software Manager (DCM) business unit by replacing a high-touch error-prone manual O2C process with a more reliable automated solution.
❖ Operations Data Analyst; Software & Services Group (SSG) 2011 – 2014
Managed all developer and OEM partner payments for AppUp webstore, metadata validation and curation of app webstore catalog, planned and executed end-of-life (EOL) shut down of the site.
• Passed every internal audit flawlessly for 9 quarters by ensuring all monthly developer, partner and OEM pre-install payments were accurately calculated, paid, and reported in a timely manner according to contract terms.
